ORDER FROM US

We have a flexible ordering system. You can order then collect and pay in the shop. If you want to avoid coming into the shop, we can take payment over the phone and you (or someone on your behalf) can collect from a bench outside the shop that you can drive right up to.

In the current chaos we do not always know what we will have, so you certainly don't. While customers are in the shop, we may be too busy to answer the phone, and cannot wander around checking what stock we have. The best time to ring us is between 3 pm and 4 pm after the shop has shut, when we are restocking.

For an order with more than a couple of items, the best thing is to send an email to shop@stourhead.com with your list and a phone number. We can check the stock and ring you back to confirm any queries and take payment.

Fresh bread and vegetables come in every day. However our chickens are delivered, and the main meat butchery is done, on Wednesday. We recommend to get your order in on Tuesday or Wednesday for collection on Thursday or Friday.
